Final preparation~

Ha! "Proud" to be in ITE~ -.-"

A super busy day.. instructing and coaching them on archery... holding of bow, safety, aimming and shoot. Sound easy right?Hell yeah... if for 1 or 2 people.. But not for my case... we are coaching 12 teams with each consist of 30+ people!.. Including myself, we only have about 10 instructor? o.O?
People keep streaming in~ didn't even have time for water break.. =x
Thus, no photo during the shoot... I did try "google-ing" the webs for any "future photographer" who took the picture on that day but to no avail..... -.-"

Start from 8 in the morning till 4 in the afternoon... wooaha!!
nvm.. after that we stay back for around an hour to do our own shooting~
And remembering the need of "evidence", i start taking pictures!! =P

Our time to shoot. =P

My fellow "Karkis" =X
* why i not inside? if I'm.. then who's gonna be so helpful to take these photos..*
Hmm.. time for some textbook questions to be answered..
Journal Reflections-:
Why did I choose to participate in this activity?
Because I will get paid!
and....
I get to teach and introduce this sports to more people!
What got me started? / How I got started?
Hmm, I am always keen on precision sport. Since archery is the only precision sport offered here...xD
What did I hope to learn or archieve from it?
Every sportsman dream is getting into national team. Mine is no difference.
What did I learn from it?
Practice makes perfect.
What challanges did I encounter?
At first keep straying my arrows.. Take me a great deal of effort to recover them.
How were these challanges eventually overcome?
Through practices.
What mattered most and why?
Safety. Without safety, can you still enjoy shooting?
What do the failures or sucesses mean?
Failures are just stepping stones to sucess!
What life lessons have I learned?
Never give up, Practice makes perfect.
How the experience will affect my future?
It taught me to be resilience.
Have I become a better / stronger person? In what ways?
I have become more focus in whatever I do.
